A trader’s role is to manage the risk of trading strategies and understand and respond to market-moving events. Trading is detail-focused, mentally stimulating and requires detailed evaluations. After an in-depth training, you will be responsible for operation, improvement and designing of trading strategies deployed on exchanges around the world.

Skills you need:

• A recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering,
• Business, Economy or Mathematics / Physics
• Strong analytical / mathematical skills and proactive problem solving ability
• Ability to perform under pressure and successfully manage multiple tasks
• Willingness to learn market trading strategies
• Enthusiasm to help develop new trading strategies
• Significant attention to detail
• Always challenging the status quo and seeking continuous improvement
